We talk through your business, goals, current setup and any deadlines. You get direct access to the people designing and building your project, so you always know who is doing the work.

Design
We agree structure, key screens and content needs before heavy build starts. You see proposals early so feedback is cheap to act on.

Build
Development on a staging site you can click through. Regular updates, clean code, and changes folded in while they are still easy.

Launch
Testing, go-live and handover. You get the access, basics and documentation needed to run day to day. Support is included for 1 to 3 months after launch, depending on the project.

Who will I work with?
You work directly with the AAM Services team who design, build and support your project. You are not passed between account managers.
Are the prices on the website final?
No. Starting prices and package figures are a rough guide only. Your fixed quote may be lower or higher once we have talked through the details, scope and timeline.
Do you charge VAT?
No. Quotes are fixed and there is no VAT on top.
How quickly will you reply?
Usually within a working day or two, and we will always tell you upfront if things are busy.
What support do I get after launch?
Projects include 1 to 3 months of support after launch, depending on what we agreed. After that you can move onto a care plan from £49 a month, or request work as one-off tasks.
How long does a typical project take?
Smaller sites often land in a few weeks. Larger eCommerce builds, apps and custom platforms usually take longer and are set out clearly in the quote before work starts.
