Which marketplaces can you connect?
Amazon and eBay are the most common, using their official seller APIs. We can connect other marketplaces that offer an API too. If you already use a listing tool, we can integrate with it instead of replacing it.
Do you work with OpenCart?
Yes. OpenCart is one of our core platforms, and we build OCMOD connectors that sync stock and orders between an OpenCart store and the marketplaces. We also work with WooCommerce, Shopify and custom stores.
Should I just use an off-the-shelf multichannel tool?
Often, yes, if one fits your products and budget. A custom integration makes sense when your stock rules, bundles or fulfilment are unusual, when monthly tool fees keep climbing, or when you need to connect systems the tools don't support. We'll tell you which is the better option.
How do you stop overselling?
Stock is held in one place, usually your store or stock system, and every sale on any channel updates it straight away. For fast sellers we can hold back a small buffer on the marketplaces.
Can tracking numbers go back to Amazon and eBay?
Yes. When an order is despatched, the courier and tracking number go back to the marketplace it came from. This works well alongside our shipping and courier integrations.
Our old Amazon integration stopped working. Can you fix it?
If it was built on Amazon MWS, it can't be repaired, because Amazon switched MWS off in 2024 and replaced it with the Selling Partner API (SP-API). We can rebuild it on SP-API.
