Shipping & Courier Integration
Book couriers and print labels straight from your orders. Royal Mail Click and Drop, DPD, Parcel2Go and Amazon Shipping.
What You'll Get
Labels printed straight from orders Tracking sent to customers automatically The right service picked for each parcel Despatch status synced to every channel Fewer address and keying errors Faster packing at busy times
Technologies Used
Copying addresses into a courier website and pasting tracking numbers back is slow, and every typo costs money. We connect your store or order system directly to your couriers, so labels are created and printed from the order, and tracking goes back to the customer without anyone retyping it.
Why Choose Us
We've built carrier integrations for Royal Mail Click and Drop, DPD, Parcel2Go and Amazon Shipping, covering service lookup, booking and labels. Together with our label printing work and Cloud Print PRO, that means labels can go straight to a thermal printer in your despatch area.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which couriers can you integrate?
We've built integrations for Royal Mail Click and Drop, DPD, Parcel2Go and Amazon Shipping. Most UK couriers offer an API, so we can usually add others, such as Evri or DHL, once we've checked their documentation and account requirements.
Do I need a business account with the courier?
Usually, yes. API access normally comes with a business account, and some couriers, such as DPD, check test labels before they switch on live labels. We'll guide you through it.
Can labels print automatically?
Yes. Labels can print to a thermal printer, such as a Zebra, as soon as an order is booked. We use our label and document automation work and Cloud Print PRO for this, so it works across more than one site.
Can you pick the cheapest or best service for each order?
Yes. We can set rules by weight, size, destination, order value or sales channel, or compare live quotes where the courier or a broker like Parcel2Go provides them.
Does it work with Amazon and eBay orders?
Yes. Despatch details and tracking can go back to the marketplace the order came from, and Amazon Shipping can be used for Amazon orders where it suits you. See our marketplace and multichannel integration service for the full picture.
Do you handle international parcels and customs?
Yes, where the courier's API supports it, including customs data such as tariff codes and CN22 or CN23 forms. It's worth planning early, because the data needs to be on your products first.
